CT Services

Woodlands Radiology provides comprehensive whole body CT services to include brain/head, spine, chest, extremities, abdomen and pelvis. In addition, Advanced Contemporary Applications are available. Coronary Calcium Scoring – A 15-minute CT scan of the heart that determines how much calcium is in your coronary arteries. Coronary calcium scan results can help determine the risk of heart attacks or strokes. Low Dose Lung Cancer Screening is a 15-minute CT scan that is effective in screening for lung cancer. The goal is to save lives and should be performed before any symptoms present.

  • Woodlands Radiology is committed to ensuring our patients receive timely, quality imaging examinations and reports.
  • Your physician’s office will forward CT orders electronically for scheduling
  • Our staff will reach out to you to schedule your appointment at a convenient time.
  • Insurance coverage can be complicated, our experienced staff will help you to navigate the authorization and deductible and co-payment requirements.
  • CT examination images and report will be available for your physician viewing on a dedicated portal set up for his/her clinical practice.
  • CT images and reports are available on DVD upon request.

Diagnostic Reports

Signed radiologist interpreted CT examination results are faxed directly to the referring Physician office within two to four hours after examination is completed.

Medical Record Requests
